Job Title : Business Development Executive - IT Sales Job Description : We are seeking a results driven and Experienced Business development Executive/ Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B IT sales, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technology solutions and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Lead generation through cold calling by identifying new business opportunities Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in IT services/products Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools Follow up and closing deals Attend industry events, networking functions and conferences to build brand presence Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: IT Sales: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
