We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a BDE (Business Development Executive), your primary responsibility will be to visit schools and promote the various technology-based educational programs offered by Classess.com. Your role will involve establishing positive relationships with school leaders, administrators, teachers, and staff member’s for onboarding schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools and effectively communicate the benefits and value of products and programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff.
  • Present our Products and Services and their alignment with schools' educational goals and values.
  • Seek opportunities for collaboration with schools, such as joint events, workshops, or competitions.
  • Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the modules, program schedules, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of school visits, interactions, and leads.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and onboarding teams to ensure consistent messaging and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in an educational or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school administrators, Staff, and Decision makers.
  • Enthusiasm for school education activities, and their impact on students' holistic development.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits and value of our modules to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively plan school visits and follow-up activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and their specific guidelines or preferences.
  • Basic knowledge of educational institutions and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face.

Note: This position requires regular travel to schools within the designated area. A valid driver's license and access to reliable Transportation and a Laptop are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
