Job Description

As an HR Coordinator at Recooty, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and HR operations, contributing to building a happy and high-performing team culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting first-level screening calls with potential candidates to evaluate their communication skills, experience, and interest. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth feedback loop. - Managing candidate data and tracking hiring status efficiently within the Recooty ATS. - Enhancing employer branding by delivering a professional and positive candidate experience. In terms of HR operations, you will be responsible for: - Assisting in onboarding and documentation processes for new hires. - Ensuring accurate maintenance of attendance, leave, and HR records. - Supporting internal communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives. - Collaborating with the HR lead/founder on performance tracking, feedback, and culture-building activities. Additionally, Recooty offers a competitive compensation package ranging from 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per annum (CTC).
