Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Sales Account Executive at Recooty in the Human Resources/HR industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of SaaS products in the US market. Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating SaaS products, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the Sales team to develop effective strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the US market - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs - Present and demonstrate SaaS products to potential customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets - Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales, preferably in SaaS sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Comfortable working in US shifts,
