In this role as an Account Executive at Zappyhire, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and managing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on understanding the hiring needs of clients and showcasing how Zappyhire's platform can provide value, ultimately driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the recruitment and HR tech space. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and referral partners. - Tailor solutions to address client recruitment challenges utilizing Zappyhire's platform features. - Conduct product demos and presentations for key stakeholders and hiring managers. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure client requirements are met and facilitate smooth onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Provide valuable feedback and market insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings. - Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility.
