About the Role:

Account Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Own the

    complete sales cycle

    — from lead qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations to closing deals.
  • Manage and expand a pipeline of

    mid-market and enterprise accounts

    through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Understand client pain points and effectively position the company’s solutions to deliver business value.
  • Work closely with

    marketing

    on campaign follow-ups and

    customer success

    to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the

    CRM (Hubspot).

  • Achieve and exceed

    monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    .
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify new opportunities and account expansion potential.
  • Partner with the

    GTM and product teams

    to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Represent the company in

    client meetings, demos, and industry events

    .


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience

    in B2B or SaaS sales, with a consistent record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of

    solution selling, consultative sales, and GTM processes

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with

    CRM tools (Hubspot)

    and sales automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sales performance.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
