In order to be successful in this role, the candidate will have the following skills.


  • 3+ years of experience in selling software to ENTERPRISE IT teams, closing $50,000+ deals
  • Experience in selling in the areas of

    ITOps, Infrastructure and Incident management & DevOps etc.

  • Has strong network with IT leaders in enterprises
  • Has a

    strong drive for results

    with a ‘make it happen’ attitude and ability to collaborate and influence in a

    "Win as a team"

    environment
  • Understand AlertOps competition and effectively position solutions against them to exceed customer needs
  • Develop and manage quota-based, accurately forecasted quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
  • A

    self-starter

    who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth
  • A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel when needed
