Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the assigned region or industry vertical.
  • Promote Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and our consulting services.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to design and present tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (preferably Salesforce) for all client interactions and opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce account executives to co-sell and co-market offerings.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, partner programs, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or CRM domain.
  • Proven experience in selling technology or digital transformation services.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem or prior experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
