Sales Account Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Xoxoday, your primary responsibility will be to serve the needs of existing customers and generate new sales deals. You will play a crucial role in presenting Xoxoday products as solutions to prospective clients" business challenges and needs. Additionally, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers, working in shifts or different time zones as required. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare for sales calls by conducting research and building sales decks. - Lead prospective client calls, send pitches, and close new deals. - Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate forecast. - Liaise and partner with other internal departments to manage complex sales opportunities. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Be flexible in working shifts or across different time zones. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification. - 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience. - Ability to hunt new business and manage a pipeline. - Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged. - Great team player with high-energy and positive attitude. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining quality work. - Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads. - Desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques.
