What You'll Do As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founding team and be a part of our core go-to-market (GTM) engine. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers in the US SaaS markets Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls Must have experience in cold calling US-based prospects Set up discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives Maintain and update CRM records, tracking engagement and outcomes Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging Follow structured sales cadences and optimize conversion at the top of the funnel Stay updated on product features, customer pain points, and competitive landscape. What We're Looking For 12 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or SDR role Proven experience in cold calling US-based leads is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections Curious, coachable, and outcome-oriented Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc., is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
