Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, providing tailored solutions to client needs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an updated sales pipeline. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term business growth for Zappyhire.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and account management with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies, with the ability to manage and maintain detailed records of sales activities and client accounts.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially in recruitment or HR tech, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
