This role requires strong consultative selling skills, understanding of the data engineering landscape, ability to run technical + business conversations, and the drive to build a high-velocity pipeline. You will collaborate with BDR, SDR, Pre-Sales-solutioning, to accelerate revenue growth across regions Key Responsibilities 1. Pipeline Generation & Qualification Identify, target, and engage prospects across enterprise and mid-market segments. Work with SDRs BDRs to qualify opportunities using MEDDIC / BANT methodologies. Build and maintain a predictable and healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly revenue targets. 2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution Conduct discovery meetings to understand client’s data architecture, cloud migration stages, QA challenges, and data quality issues. Run product demos with support from solutioning team to showcase ICEDQ’s value. Build ROI-based proposals and business cases to justify investment. Lead contract negotiation and close deals within defined sales cycles. 3. Stakeholder & Partner Management Detailed account mapping and build strong relationships with Data Engineering Heads, QA leaders, CIO/CTO office, and Analytics teams. Lay out detailed plan with partnership team to generate and influence qualified leads. 4. Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM hygiene. Deliver weekly/monthly forecasts and insights to leadership. Analyze won/lost deals to improve sales effectiveness. Required Skills & Experience Sales Experience 3–10 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales (preferably in Data Engineering, QA Automation, Data Governance, or Cloud ecosystems). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong experience in solution / consultative selling. Technical & Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks). Familiarity with QA concepts, regression testing, and data validation frameworks. Ability to translate technical features into business value. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Ability to engage with mid-level to senior executives. Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
