What You’ll Do : 1.Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and relationship management 2.Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to convenience store owners across the U.S. 3.Educate prospects on SwiftSku’s solutions and convert them into customers 4.Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals 5.Meet and consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs 6.Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and documentation 7.Participate in product and process experiments, and provide feedback to leadership Requirements : 1.Must work in-person at the Ahmedabad office 2.Must be available for night shift (U.S. business hours) 3.Minimum 3 years of sales closing experience 4.At least 2 years working with US/Canadian clients 5.Highly driven, coachable, adaptable, and resilient 6.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
