Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the HR administrationprocesses in the team. They are the first point of contact for day-to-day HRenquiries and managing the HR email inbox.

They coordinate the new starterprocess.The Coordinator works closely with other HR team members, the Recruitmentteams, Department Managers and other internal stakeholders.

Key

Responsibilities:

Ensure new employees are successfully inducted into the business, thisincludes :

Creating contracts of employment, ensure we have allnecessary new starter documentation (eg Policy acknowledgement),set-up (eg user accounts), sending out all communication with newstarters

Ensure induction set up is ready for the weekly induction sessions
Respond to enquiries from team members which are sent to the HRemail inbox, escalating or seeking advice for more complex queries
Using BOB to run regular weekly/monthly reports as requested
Assist the Payroll and Benefits Advisor with payroll tasks as required
Ensure HR systems (BOB) are updated and maintained with the latestemployee information and conduct monthly audit checks
Support time and attendance monitoring activities
Provide advice and answer queries on the BOB system from employeesand Managers as and when required
Provide support with the leaver process including organising exitinterviews for HR Manager/Advisor to undertake, as well as sendingleaver confirmation emails
Have an understanding of other roles within the team, providecover/support, as needed
Undertake project work as required
Contributing ideas for continuous improvement
Actively participate in Employee Engagement, Training and HR initiativeprojects
Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
