Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Manage interview acceptance and coordination, including COI forms.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated and accurate daily.
  • Maintain the RTR dashboard and submit end-of-day reports.
  • Open and create new job postings in ATS and PDF format.
  • Prepare templates for skill matrices and send reminders for mandatory training.
  • Follow up with consultants on timesheets and invoices.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Keep the ATS system organized and ensure all candidate data is up to date.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle documentation for new joiners and employee exits.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help resolve employee concerns and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff when needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting).
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Knowledge of the financial institutions and banking sector.
