Take disciplinary action against any employee, security personnel or contractor found engaging in or facilitating attendance-related malpractice. Maintain leave records, approve overtime and process shift-based payroll adjustments. Oversee and coordinate for any payment discrepancies. Collate all documents of new and existing employees and maintain records. 5. Health, Safety & Welfare Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct periodic safety drills and awareness programs in collaboration with the safety team. Oversee canteen, transportation and other employee welfare facilities. Factory & Staff Quarter related administrative and housekeeping activities. 6. Exit Process & Offboarding Resignation & Termination: Handle resignations, notice periods, full & final settlements.
