HR Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective program delivery.
  
• Partner with senior management to address organizational and people challenges.
  
• Drive HR transformation initiatives and ensure legal and policy compliance.
  
• Monitor HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  
• Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
  
• Implement retention and engagement strategies to reduce attrition.
  

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  
• Lead union negotiations and maintain healthy industrial relations.
  
• Design engagement programs and conduct employee feedback surveys.
  
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and employee relations policies.
  

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee record management.
  
• Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Conduct HR audits and manage vendor relationships efficiently.
  

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs, design and deliver programs, and measure effectiveness.
  
• Manage training budgets and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Use HR analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and guide workforce planning.
  
• Create dashboards and reports for management insights.

Experience & Skills Required

• 3-6 years

  of HR leadership experience, preferably in the

  pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  labor laws, HR strategy, industrial relations, and HR analytics

  .
• Proficiency in

  HRIS systems

  , performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and negotiation

  skills.
• Proven record of implementing effective HR strategies and driving organizational performance.
