Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, your role will involve managing various aspects of human resources to ensure a positive work environment and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. - Coordinate and assist in new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. - Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements. - Employee Relations: - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. - Provide guidance and support on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. - Promote a positive company culture and address employee satisfaction issues proactively. - Performance Management: - Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of reviews. - Support managers in setting clear performance goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Provide coaching to employees and managers to improve performance and productivity. - Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs. - Track employee development progress and help build a pipeline for future talent. - Encourage learning and growth within the company. - HR Administration: - Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and personal data. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Qualifications Required: - Age Limit: 24 to 35 - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Proven experience in handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. - Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - High attention to detail and organizational skills.
