Lead - People Operations Partner

As a Senior HR Operations professional at Vee Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the HR operations department. Your role will involve leading HR operations activities from onboarding through to offboarding, including managing employee benefits communication, identifying process improvement opportunities, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing data. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all pre-employment checks and maintaining accurate employee records in line with data privacy regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading HR operations activities from onboarding to offboarding - Managing communication of employee benefits package - Identifying opportunities for process improvement - Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data - Ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks - Maintaining accurate employee records in line with data privacy regulations - Managing requests for process improvements and system enhancements - Mentoring and coaching the team for expertise development - Managing and scaling a team of HRIS members for HRIS roadmap definition Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in HR Operations in a dynamic environment - Experience with Darwin box for Onboarding and Offboarding processes - Strong experience with HR Compliance - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Motivated to take initiative and contribute to team goals At Vee Technologies, we aim to Globalize Success and Enhance Lives through innovative, technology-driven solutions.
