Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on
HR Generalist
to manage end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership in driving HR strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in product companies and
proven experience in scaling teams from startup size
.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and take responsibility for full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Will be responsible for timely and quality recruitment.
- Implement and manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and culture-building activities for hybrid teams as majority of our team is remote.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Support compensation & benefits management and HR analytics/reporting.
- Enable scalable HR processes suitable for a growing product organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- 58 years of experience as an HR Generalist in product/technology companies.
- Proven experience in scaling teams from startup size
- Pleasant personality with capability of building rapport across cross functional teams and locations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and organizational cohesiveness.
- Strong knowledge and practical adherence of HR Compliances, HR policies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
