Job Profile

Job Responsibility

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
• Support HR operations activities, including employee documentation, onboarding formalities, attendance tracking, HRIS updates, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment events.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment and exposure to HR operations.
• Good understanding of HR policies, documentation, and day-to-day HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
