Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Identify and source candidates for open positions in the digital marketing domain.
- Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure a good fit with the company culture and requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage your digital recruitment experience to identify, engage, and recruit candidates with expertise in the digital marketing field.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in digital recruitment to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
Joining Formalities:
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, including document verification, offer letter issuance, and background checks.
- Ensure that new employees complete all required forms, orientation, and training to facilitate a smooth integration into the organization.
Onboarding:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to welcome new hires and provide them with the necessary information and resources.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial days to address their questions and concerns.
Salary Negotiation:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate salary offers with candidates.
- Stay updated on industry salary trends and provide recommendations to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications:
- A masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience in recruitment, joining formalities, onboarding, and salary negotiation.
- Proven experience in digital recruitment, particularly in the digital marketing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
