Role Overview: As an integral part of the team at Assystem, your primary role will involve being the main contact for addressing any employee grievances effectively. You will work closely with HRBP and employees to enhance relationships, foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce, increase productivity, and retain top talents within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the seamless execution of both onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. Additionally, you will provide MIS support to analyze HR trends, drive engagement initiatives for the region, collaborate with HRBP on talent management strategies, support the Learning & Development team in achieving training objectives, and conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining statutory compliance across all HR functions.
