We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning.
Performance Management, KPI & KRA Design
Develop and implement performance management frameworks to track employee effectiveness.
Design and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Responsibility Area (KRAs) aligned with business goals.
Work with department heads to establish role-specific performance metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and appraisals.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Support leadership in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
Support conflict resolution and address workplace issues promptly.
Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and retention.
HR Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure company policies align with labour laws and industry best practices.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR functions.
Payroll & Benefits
Administer payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
Work with external vendors for insurance, provident fund, and other benefits.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of performance management, KPI/KRI design, labour laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software, performance management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
