Role Overview

As an HR Executive / HR Generalist, you will manage core HR operations while working closely with project teams and management. This role requires someone practical, organized, and comfortable handling both people and process.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
• Attendance, leave, and employee records management
• Payroll coordination and HR documentation support
• Employee engagement and performance coordination
• Handling confirmations, increments, and exits
• Coordinating HR requirements for site and office staff
• Ensuring HR compliance and proper record maintenance

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Prior experience in PMC / construction / project-based organizations is a strong advantage
• Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and documentation
• Comfortable coordinating with site teams and management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
• Strong communication and people-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Required)
• Performance Evaluations: 3 years (Required)
