Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to support various human resource and administrative functions within the organization. The role will focus on recruitment, asset management, vendor management, travel coordination, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to handle multiple responsibilities, and contribute to enhancing employee and client experiences. Preferred candidate profile : Recruitment & Hiring : . Manage the internal hiring process, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure efficient recruitment. Oversee external hiring, including creating job postings, managing applications, and coordinating interviews. Support the screening and shortlisting of candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the process. Attendance, Leave Management & HR Documentation : . Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication of any issues. Handle HR-related documentation such as offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit formalities. Ensure all employee files and HR-related documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially. Learning & Development : . Coordinate training programs and learning opportunities for employees, working with management to identify relevant training needs and organizing sessions. Asset and Stationery Management : . Manage company assets including laptops, SIM cards, and office stationery, ensuring accurate issuance and tracking of all items to employees. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and stationery, ensuring timely procurement and distribution. Vendor & Finance Management : . Handle vendor management, including negotiations, payment processing, and maintaining positive relationships. Support finance with invoice handling, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made on time. Internal Operations & Event Coordination : . Assist in planning and organising internal events, including company festivities, celebrations, and team-building activities. Ensure proper logistical support for company-wide events to enhance employee engagement and morale. Travel Desk & Meeting Coordination : . Manage the travel desk, handling employee travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and transport. Coordinate and schedule meeting bookings, ensuring meeting rooms are available and properly equipped. Social Media & Employer Branding : . Assist with social media management, particularly for HR-related activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and employer branding. Other Responsibilities : . Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by management to support business operations and objectives.
Taking care of day to day accounting & billing aspects related to the project. Expertise in accounts & Book keeping records. Maintain Cash Book / ledger registers. Maintain voucher entry. To maintain the stock records/ registers at site. Required Candidate profile Executive/ Accountant
