Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and policy implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance organizational goals with employee advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
  
• Conduct and manage investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct allegations.
  
• Advise managers and HR business partners on employee relations best practices, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  
• Partner with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  
• Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive strategies to reduce risks.
  
• Support change management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational development projects.
