Employee Relations Manager

Role Overview: As the Employee Relations Manager at Danone's Lalru Factory in India, your primary responsibility will be to maintain positive employee relations, with a focus on union management, collective bargaining, discipline, grievances management, and ensuring a high and positive internal employee experience. You will play a crucial role in implementing Danone's Social Dialogue fundamentals, managing legal compliance, and handling discipline management within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Danone Social Dialogue fundamentals at Lalru Factory and engage regularly with employees, people managers, and plant leadership team to identify areas for improvement - Participate in collective bargaining process and sign long-term settlements with employees union - Manage union matters, grievances, demands, and expectations while coordinating with legal consultants as needed - Liaise with local Labour authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage litigations under various Labour laws - Stay updated on the latest developments in Labour laws such as the wage code bill and ensure Human Rights Due diligence policy and program compliance at Lalru factory - Investigate disciplinary issues, issue necessary notices and letters, and take appropriate actions for noncompliance or disciplinary issues based on investigation reports - Coach and advise line managers on discipline management strategies, prepare for domestic inquiries and labour court hearings when required Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate Degree in HR/Labour Relations - 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience - Degree in Law is desirable for this role (Note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
