Job Summary:


Lead brands and ensure impactful marketing outcomes by enhancing brand equity, and support sales through innovative campaigns and training. Collaborate cross-functionally to address stakeholder pain points, optimize processes, and implement consumer-focused growth initiatives. Deliver competitive growth and successful execution of projects on new introductions and local innovation.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading the portfolio shaping and management.
  • Build short and long-term effective strategies for the brand in line with the overall marketing strategy of the company. Gain positive accelerated impact on brand health parameters like awareness, usage, consideration & imagery
  • Designs and communicate winning marketing communications. Supports sales team through innovative/ relevant marketing campaigns and enhancement of sales communication materials,
  • Understand Sales team pain points & Customer pain points and provide the right solutions to drive equity
  • Periodic product presentations and necessary training on products and in-clinic conduct.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend growth strategies in liaison with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams and relevant external agencies.
  • Identifies as well as creates network of KOLs to build strategic relationships for driving brand objectives
  • Develop robust processes or improve the current processes on business reviews and performance/ KPI tracking – Marketing programs, Sales Trends, Supply Chain, New product launch
  • Understand consumer pain points/challenges and work closely with digital team to create robust plans to drive consumerization.


Key Results Areas for the Role:


  • Financials - Achieve Targeted Revenue and manage A&P for the respective brands
  • Market Share Targets by Categories, Products, Market & Stores
  • Projects, NPDs & Campaigns
  • Marketing Visit & Consumer Contact
  • Draft and implement effective campaign driving business growth



Profile required

  • Candidate with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in medical marketing
  • 2 to 3 years of initial sales experience preferred
  • Past experience in Pharma companies is preferred
