Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, assertive, and organized Resident Life Manager to lead and elevate the student residential experience at our Gurgaon campus . This is a critical role for ensuring student safety, engagement, and overall well-being in a hostel setting. Role & responsibilities Daily Operations Management: Oversee the full spectrum of dormitory operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Coordinate with various internal departments to streamline daily activities. Vendor and Resident Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality and timely delivery of services. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring high satisfaction. Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the dormitory. Implement and monitor housekeeping standards and schedules. Security Management: Ensure all security protocols are followed, coordinating with security teams to maintain a safe environment for all residents. Address and report any security breaches or incidents promptly. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily management and incident reports detailing operational activities, challenges, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, resident issues, and any incidents. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
