Job Description Client is looking for an achiever whose responsibility will be to manage our recruitment function for Client Services department. The role is a people manager role based out of our Gurgaon office and will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition across service lines of Client Services. The role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, operations maturity, the ability to manage teams, stakeholders and executives. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Recruitment. Our ideal candidate would need to have relevant and hands-on experience of 10-13 years, including at least 4-5 years as a people manager. The role is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of hiring and delivering on the hiring numbers allocated to them. End to end recruiting ownership & accountability for frontline/ lateral (volume hiring) Designs develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Drives the recruiting team to achieve targets Strategize and run campus hiring program Conduct market and competitor mapping Ability to advise the recruitment team and business on recruitment, channel, branding best practices and interview techniques Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization Conduct job interviews for the managerial/critical job positions Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Participate in job fairs, campus & career events Build professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Work on enriching candidates experience What You Will Need forthis Position Bachelor- s/Master's Degree and professional experience in a similar industry is essential Overall 10+ years of experience and 4-5 years of Manager/Assistant Manager experience Good knowledge of candidates sourcing methods Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Monster, Naukri, Linkedln,other social and non-social channels) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent understanding of recruitment processes Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal, presentation and interaction skills Team player Good time management skills Show more Show less
