A Global Pharma company is looking for Bangalore location

Role: Senior Manager - Employee Relations

Exp: 8to 15 yrs in CORE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS is mandatory

1. Provide expert consulting to HRBPs and business leaders on Employee Relations (ER), disciplinary cases, grievances, POSH matters, and adherence to the AZ Code of Ethics.
2. Develop, review, and enhance ER/HR policies, standards, and governance frameworks aligned with labour laws, compliance requirements, and local cultural practices.
3. Manage ER cases end-to-end, support ER committees (GDRC/IC), and ensure legal compliance, statutory adherence, and HR risk framework implementation.
4. Conduct ER training, awareness programs, and guide stakeholders on change management, culture issues, and policy interpretation.
5. Handle non-performance cases, assess legal risks, analyse ER metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for proactive action.
6. Build strong stakeholder relationships, offer strategic consulting, and work independently on highly confidential employee matters with sound judgement.
7. Requires 12+ years of HR experience (min 7 years in ER/IR), strong labour law expertise, policy formulation experience, and excellent communication, analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
