Key Responsibilities Conflict Resolution & Investigations : Address employee complaints, manage grievances, and conduct impartial investigations into workplace issues. Policy & Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, advising managers and updating procedures as needed. Employee Engagement : Develop and implement programs (surveys, wellness, recognition) to improve morale, satisfaction, and retention. Managerial Guidance : Train and support managers on best practices for handling employee relations and performance. Data & Reporting : Analyze employee feedback and data (turnover, absenteeism) to identify trends and recommend solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with senior leadership, HR, and legal to align ER strategies with business goals. Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience : Proven background in ER, conflict resolution, or HR roles. Knowledge : Strong grasp of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS software. Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication, mediation, and negotiation abilities. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to assess situations and devise effective solutions.
