HR Business Partner

In this role as an HR Business Partner at Wattmonk Technologies, you will collaborate closely with the India operations team to oversee HR processes, provide support to employees, and contribute to maintaining a compliant, engaging, and performance-driven workplace culture. This position requires your presence on-site with U.S. shift hours. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee records, documentation, and ensure HR compliance. - Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support and inquiries. - Assist in resolving employee grievances and uphold fair practices. - Contribute to the implementation of HR engagement and retention strategies. - Support in the communication and enforcement of HR policies. - Work on employee development and training initiatives. - Organize and lead employee engagement activities. - Analyze HR data and generate reports for leadership evaluation. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. - 0-1 year of relevant HR experience (Fresh graduates from B-Schools are encouraged to apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. - Familiarity with basic HR practices and knowledge of Indian labor laws.
