Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Infedelight Global Solutions Private Limited, located in Mysore. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, working on HR policies, and ensuring compliance. Additional responsibilities include supporting new-hire onboarding processes, HR documentation, employee engagement activities, and participating in various HR projects. Qualifications Recruitment, Employee Records Management, and HR Compliance skills Onboarding and HR Documentation skills Employee Engagement and Participation in HR Projects skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous internship experience in HR is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills
