Key Responsibilities (HR Business Partner – Growth & Network Development)

Employer Network Expansion

Build and maintain strong connections with industry partners, organizations, and hiring companies to create placement opportunities for students and collaboration opportunities for the company.

Student Placement Support

Coordinate and manage placement activities for students after course completion by connecting with potential employers and industry leaders.

Business Growth & Collaboration

Identify and develop partnerships, tie-ups, and corporate relationships to enhance the company’s visibility and market presence.

Strategic Planning & Implementation

Work closely with management to design HR and business strategies that support organizational goals and long-term growth.

Talent Mapping & Workforce Development

Analyze talent needs, support recruitment aligned with business objectives, and ensure the right people are placed in the right roles.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor outcomes of HR initiatives, placement success, and business collaborations  and prepare regular performance reports.

Brand & Culture Development

Strengthen the company’s employer brand through outreach programs, career fairs, and institutional tie-ups, promoting the company as a preferred employment and training partner.

Required Skills & Competencies
