Job Description

You will be joining Justdial, India's No.1 Local Search Engine, as the HR Branch Head for the Hyderabad branch. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire HR function, from Talent Acquisition to Exit Management, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business objectives. Justdial, established in 1996, offers a wide range of services to simplify daily tasks and operates in 11 cities in India with over 10,000 employees. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive recruitment strategy and onboarding processes for the branch, working closely with hiring managers. - Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits with accurate documentation and HRIS updates. - Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance motivation and retention. - Lead performance management processes and identify learning and development needs. - Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. - Track HR metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates to leadership. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Masters degree in Human Resources Management / MBA (HR) / relevant field. - 10-12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and analytics tools. **Key Competencies:** - Leadership & People Management - Decision-Making & Problem-Solving - Business Partnering Mindset - Employee Advocacy & Empathy - Integrity & Professional Maturity - Change Management & Agility If you are interested in this position, please submit your application [here](https://forms.gle/dJ7CLG7kX7HvYojeA).,
