In terms of requirements, you should possess a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to manage a team, handle confidential information with integrity, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools are essential for this role.
