About The Internship

We are seeking a

Junior Recruitment Associate

to join our growing team in

Gurgaon

.As part of this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment

, candidate management, and stakeholder communication while working closely with industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
Manage and update candidate databases and tracking systems
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Track application statuses and maintain accurate records
Support team operations with administrative and reporting tasks
Respond to candidate queries through professional communication channels
