Follow-up check lists for regular cleaning and upkeeping all areas of the department. Minimise wastage of materials and energy through careful monitoring of staff. Prepare Duty rosters and assign leaves for therapists ensuring smooth operations. Liaise with Reception regarding Check in, Check out, Check out medicine, billing, etc. Keeping inventory and take care of all equipment and instruments in the department Close monitoring of training schedules and submitting evidence as per the NABH Standards Check grooming standards and report if any action need to be taken. Interact with the guests and take proper feedback on daily basis to improve the service and standards. Communicate with the guests regarding medicine shipment and coordinate with the courier partner for dispatching the medicines. Ensure the shipments has reached the destination. Co-ordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely delivery of medicines.
