Key Responsibilities

Help with HR operations: onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, ensuring policies/compliance are followed.
Own or assist revenue operations tasks: tracking sales/finance data, reporting, optimizing revenue-focused workflows.
Build, maintain, and present reports and dashboards using Excel; design compelling slide decks & analysis in PowerPoint.
Provide timely, clear communication to stakeholders (internally & externally).
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
Work on Hiring and End to end Recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
