Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To facilitate the L&D programs for the calendar year and manage the end to end planning, logistics and execution of in-person/virtual training sessions.
Maintain training data, gather training feedback and prepare L&D dashboard for monthly updates.
Be the go to person for preparing poster designs through canva/figma for various HR engagement activities and events alongside working on creative projects that would include ideating, designing digital catalogues like CEO communication, Quarterly business presentations etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with creative skills, good communication skills and engaging skills is preferred.
