HR and Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, especially in hospitality operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of talent.
  • Maintain the work culture and ensure high levels of motivation and productivity across teams.

Desired Profile:

  • 5 - 10 years of HR and recruitment experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles including HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment.
  • Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
