Job Description

HR and Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, especially in hospitality operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of talent.
Maintain the work culture and ensure high levels of motivation and productivity across teams.

Desired Profile:

5 - 10 years of HR and recruitment experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles including HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment.
Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
