Key Responsibilities

1.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

2.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for creative, marketing, and design roles.

3.Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and engagement programs.

4.Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to identify team needs.

5.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

6.Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, company culture, and retention.

7.Support performance reviews, learning programs, and career development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

1. 1–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within creative, digital, or design industries.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Experience using HR software, ATS platforms, and knowledge of labor laws.
5. A creative and proactive mindset with a people-first approach.
6. Bachelor’s degree or MBA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
