Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the hotel or hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on building a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, especially in hospitality operations. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of talent. Maintain the work culture and ensure high levels of motivation and productivity across teams. Desired Profile: 5 - 10 years of HR and recruitment experience in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple roles including HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment. Should be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
