HR and Recruitment Specialist

myHRSG, a professional community dedicated to advancing HR excellence, is looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Nagpur / Greater Nagpur.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Drive HR operations including employee engagement, compliance, and performance support
• Partner with internal teams to implement HR best practices and ensure smooth workflows
• Contribute to community initiatives and employer branding efforts

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field)
• 2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment functions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
• A proactive, collaborative, and people-first mindset
