Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified HR Executive to support our HR operations in a hybrid capacity based in Nagpur. The role requires a professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance processes.
• Support payroll management and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and HR support to employees and management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may be considered).
• Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
