HR Executive

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  Assist with sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Employee Relations:

  Act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.

• HR Operations:

  Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and support payroll and attendance processes.

• Engagement & Culture:

  Organize and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a vibrant workplace culture.

• Compliance:

  Support the HR team in ensuring all practices meet legal requirements and company standards.

• Freshers or Entry-Level Candidates

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
