Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development programs
  • Ensure policies and practices promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace

Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience (HR services/consulting background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and dynamic team environment
