As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in driving our HR operations, employee engagement, and talent processes while contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to design and deliver HR initiatives that align with business goals
• Lead employee engagement and performance management processes
• Ensure policies and practices support a positive and productive work environment
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR functions (preferably in HR services or consulting)
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively in a growing team environment
